Support
How to get help with IssueRescue for Jira, report a security issue, or make a data access/erasure request.
General support
For questions about installing, configuring, or using IssueRescue, or to report a bug:
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in IssueRescue, please report it directly rather than filing a public issue.
We aim to acknowledge security reports promptly and will investigate reported issues in good faith. Please avoid publicly disclosing a suspected vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.
Data access or erasure requests
IssueRescue stores Atlassian account references (see the Privacy Policy) and participates in Atlassian Forge's Personal Data Reporting program: when Atlassian reports that an account has closed, IssueRescue automatically erases that account's identity data from everywhere it's stored. That mechanism exists and has been tested. There is currently no separate self-service control for this process. Requests can be made directly using the privacy contact below.
To make a request for access to, correction of, or erasure of your data:
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request and identify the relevant Jira site or Atlassian account. We will handle verified requests without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law.
Uninstalling IssueRescue
You can uninstall IssueRescue from your Jira site at any time via Jira Settings → Apps → Manage apps. After uninstalling, what happens to previously stored data is governed by Atlassian's own platform-level retention policy for Forge apps (see the Privacy Policy), not by IssueRescue.
